Breasts After Breastfeeding
I know this is probably a common question you always get, but will my breasts after breastfeeding go back to normal?
There are a number of factors that determine the shape and size of breasts after pregnancy and breast-feeding. However, there is no standard that you can point to and say that this is what will or will not happen, whenever it comes to women’s postpartum breasts.
Some women have reported that their breasts become a full cup size smaller than they were before their pregnancy, while other women may have permanently bigger breasts than they used to have. There can also be differences in the size of your nipples and the color of your areolas may be darker than before.
The one complaint that seems to be the most common in many new mothers is that their breasts are no longer as perky as they used to be. The good news is that you may find your breasts may get perkier as you resume you normal workout routines once more.
Again, there is no general consensus of how your breast will end up looking, and the only thing that will determine their new shape, size and color is going to be time.
