Keep in mind that while there is an ongoing debate about whether a mother should breastfeed exclusively or not, there is no debating that breast milk is the best nourishment that any baby can have. You simply cannot reproduce nature in a lab, which is why formula is always going to be inferior to breast milk. However this does not mean that feeding your baby formula is a condemnation of your parenting skills.

No matter what you choose to feed your baby, it is a personal choice, and you should never feel guilty about the decision that you end up making.
